SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

We offer free worldwide express shipping and returns through DHL, UPS, and DPD.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding local holidays: 1st January, 6th January, 1st April, 1st May, 3rd May, 30th May, 15th August, 1st November, 11th November, 25th December, 26th December.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. Magda Butrym cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of Magda Butrym.
Please note that orders above 2500 USD shipped to the United States require a formal customs clearance. DHL/UPS may contact you to retrieve your federal Tax ID or a social security number in order to complete the delivery to your doorstep.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that shipping outside of the EU could incur customs charges imposed by the Customer’s national tax/customs authorities. For Australia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, and the UK, duties and taxes are included in the product price and no additional charges will be collected at checkout. For Albania, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Egypt, Lebanon, and Mexico, duties and taxes are not included in the product price. You can decide to pay them either upfront at checkout or upon the parcel’s arrival in the destination country. For the United States and other non-EU countries, duties and taxes are not included in the product price and will be collected at checkout on behalf of your national tax/customs authorities.

REFUSED DELIVERY

If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition they were received: worn, altered, or washed, with all tags attached. Customers will receive a full refund minus shipping. Merchandise returned without original packaging will not be refunded.

Replacements at no cost to you will be sent promptly in the event of damaged or defective merchandise. Free return shipping is provided for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned COD will not be accepted.
Once a return has been received (within a specified time), a credit or refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Customers will be notified by email when a return is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Innove ships worldwide to over 100 countries. Outside the US all shipments are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Orders may be subject to import customs taxes, fees, and duties, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customers are responsible for all customs clearance charges and local import charges (import duty, tax, etc) if any. Please verify with the local customs office before purchasing as customs policies vary widely. In the event that a package is undeliverable and the purchase is returned, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
